The building was designed by the CUBUS architectural group and built in a joint venture. It has three floors above ground level and a small basement. The total area is approximately 7,500 square meters. The contract value is approximately NOK 250 million excluding VAT. Construction began in June 2024 and the building was completed in March 2026.
